As someone who avoids local commercial radio, particularly the tripe that is called AM radio talkback I missed out on the recent goings on with our own ageing 'shock jock' (well he thinks he is).
Fortunately some local bloggers are on to him and his ongoing personal battle to oust the current Mayor.

A stall owner at the Cairns Night Markets is complaining about the establishment of cheap rent vendors on the Cairns Esplanade on Saturdays (in the daytime), and now a few days a year to welcome the cruise ship customers.
It gets better. Check the the fancy writin' on the letter in the next post on Hillbilly watch. Even if it is fake, it would have taken some effort to make such a mess of the English language!
